AGREEMENT TO USE THE GIZA CLUB WEBSITE

Please read these terms of agreement carefully before using this website. By using this Site or these Sites (as herein defined), you signify your assent to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS. This Site is owned and operated by the Giza Club (referred to as "the Giza Club," "we," "us," or "our" herein). No material from giza.org or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the Giza Club may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the Giza Club's copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of any such modification of the materials on any other Website or networked computer environment is prohibited unless permission is obtained in writing from the Giza Club.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. Information may be provided on the Sites. You do not acquire any intellectual property right to such information.

SUBMISSIONS. The Giza Club appreciates hearing from its viewers and welcomes your comments regarding the Giza Club's activities, services and Site content. However, the Giza Club's policy does not allow it to accept or consider confidential creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those it has specifically requested in writing. If, despite our request that you not send us any creative materials, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, inventions or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of the Giza Club. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Giza Club and the Giza Club shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Information. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Giza Club shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Information and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Information for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Information.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES. The Sites are controlled and operated by the Giza Club from its location within the State of California, United States of America. The Giza Club makes no representation that materials in the Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local, national, or international laws, if and to the extent local, national, or international laws are applicable. Any software or Data from the Sites is further subject to United States export controls. No software or Data from the Sites may be downloaded or otherwise exported or reexported to any person or entity on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders or otherwise prohibited by United States export control laws. By downloading or otherwise using software or Data in any manner whatsoever, you represent and warrant that you are not on any such list or located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country.

TERMINATION. This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all the Giza Club Site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from the Giza Club if in the Giza Club's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and any and all other Giza Club Site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. The Giza Club reserves the right to alter or delete material from the Sites at any time and may, at any time, revise the terms of this Agreement by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER. The Sites are for informational purposes only. You should not use the information contained herein for absolute confirmation of an event or fact. The Giza Club makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Giza Club assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of Sites. The Giza Club has not reviewed all of the sites that may be linked to its Sites, and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Sites. Your linking to any off-site pages is at your own risk.
